Customer service is of paramount importance to us, so the primary function of your role as Account Coordinator will be to make sure that our clients and intermediary partners are happy. You will have direct contact with our clients/intermediary partners and need to be able to work on your own initiative to ensure a smooth running of all accounts, impressing our clients, partners and your peers.  You’ll report to the Account Director and work with various departments within the organisation such as our product team, Customer care, finance, ops and fulfilment, Filmology and IT and external suppliers. You will directly support our account executives and account  managers as part of a team of coordinators.

Much of the role is administrative however, as a part of the team you’ll be empowered to help shape the way that you work.  You’ll be well-organised, thorough and methodical in your approach as well as being able to multi task.  You’ll be comfortable working alone as well as working in a fast-paced team environment and not afraid to challenge the status quo, particularly if you can identify ways to do things better.

Ideally you’ll have at least one year’s experience in an operations, administration or similar role and be educated to GCSE/’O’ Level standard.  Ideally you’ll have experience in dealing with customers/clients, be confident, articulate, self-motivated and enthusiastic and used to working in a high-pressure environment where accuracy is important and delivering excellent customer service is mandatory.
