Client Services Manager – Job Specification


Location: Milton Keynes         Hours of Work: 9.00am – 5.30pm Monday – Friday
Salary: 20k – 26k depending on experience.


The role will require for the individual to provide support to the Business Development director with managing current client accounts. In addition, the role will support the administration of the office and provide support for the Virtual Classroom training.

Main Duties:

  • Client account management/contact – supporting new enquiries and promoting additional services
  • Raising and inputting invoices into Quickbooks accounts platform. As well as chasing overdue invoices.
  • Answering the main office telephone in a professional manner and greeting visitors
  • Maintaining all processes, procedures and systems.
  • To support with Virtual Training:
    • Create survey links, upload them into the virtual room and check that they work. Download feedback forms after the training has been delivered.
    • Creation of virtual rooms, full admin support.
    • Clear virtual rooms after the session has taken place e.g. make sure the chat pods are clear
    • Help download the recordings after session delivery and save them in the client folders.
    • Make sure the trainer has all materials needed before the day takes place.
       
  • Supporting our online learning platform as and when required.
  • Assist with event planning
  • Support tender and training proposals
  • Any other ad hoc duties

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • The ideal candidate must have Intermediate experience in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word.
  • Account/client management experience
  • Ability to understand our Internal and External customer requirements and to respond to them in a timely manner
  • Experience of using Accountancy Software
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • The individual must be passionate, proactive, self-motivated and driven
  • The flexibility and willingness to learn. The ability to work as part of a team as well as solo.
