As a Customer Service Team Manager, you can expect to…

§  Develop a dynamic, highly customer focused and cohesive team

§  Lead the development of your team; providing training where necessary

§  Create Personal Development Plans and carry out performance reviews

§  Optimise the customer journey wherever possible; building relationships and rapport

§  Manage complaints from customers and colleagues alike, escalating where necessary

§  Overseeing some financial aspects; delivering revenue, managing aged debt and billing accuracy

The skills and experience that would enhance your application for the Customer Service Team Manager…

§  Exceptional leadership qualities alongside a minimum of 2 years’ experience leading teams

§  Confidence leading cultural change within a team; optimising customer experience

§  At least 2 years’ experience within the Utilities sector is desirable but certainly not essential

§  Commercially orientated with a compassionate yet firm approach to those being managed
