I’m am working with a client that is a professional and established organisation based in Milton Keynes. They are currently seeking an experienced customer experience expert to join their team with a Can do attitude.

Role responsibilities:

  • Handling and responding to calls, emails and correspondence about specific enquiries.
  • Conducting your research in order to then respond accurately to customers and clients in a timely manner.
  • Using in-house databases quickly and efficiently
  • Completing and managing all administration generated.
  • Providing a high level of customer service at all time.

Skills required:

  • Database management skills.
  • Strong constant communication vis email and telephone.
  • Strong and productive customer service skills
  • General administration.
  • Ability to Multitask
