Job description

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing maintenance faults within Customer premises.
  • Main point of contact for the business delivering excellent customer service at all times.
  • Adhering to all SLAs, KPIs and standards.
  • Building and maintaining effective working internal and external relationships.
  • Handling in/outbound calls from clients and contractors.
  • Performing additional administrative tasks with accurate attention to detail.

You must be flexible with your working pattern to accommodate evenings and occasional weekends.
