Job description

Are you an office Manager location local to Bletchley in Milton Keynes?

 

We are looking for a office manager on a 9 month FTC starting March 2020!

 

What will my day involve?

  • Managing the customer service team
  • Handing rotas within all teams
  • Dealing with all staff issues such as holiday requests
  • Make sure a high level of customer service is kept at all times
  • Order and manage stock levels
  • Detailed understanding of the CRM database
  • Deal with recruitment and training

 

Key Skills

  • Must be able to work well as a team.
  • Must be able to drive.
  • Must be able to pick things up quickly.
  • Good time keeping skills.
  • Great communication skills at all levels.
  • Knowledge of CRM system (MOM/Dydacomp preferred)
