Typically, a candidate interview will last up to an hour.  Prior to interview, if appropriate, you will be emailed a test package within the Microsoft Office Suite which will need to be completed beforehand. If you are unable to complete these at home you can do so by using our in-house computer prior to your interview. Why will I be tested?

How can I be assured that my details will not be sent out without my permission?

As members of the REC (Recruitment & Employment Federation) and as an agency that stands by Data Protection (protecting your personal details at all times) we will never forward your details for a position without your prior consent.

What information do I need to bring to my registration?

Photographic proof of identification (passport or driving licence)

National Insurance number

Recent copy of your CV

Change for the parking meter if you are driving

Do you pay holiday pay and how does it work?

Yes. All temporary workers are entitled to 28 days paid leave per annum, with the leave year commencing on the date that you start an assignment. All leave entitlement must be taken during the course of the year in which it accrues, with none being carried forward to the next year.  We are fully compliant with AWR (Agency Workers Regulations) and firmly believe that all temps should be entitled to take holiday and be paid at that time and strongly disagree with holiday being paid as a ‘top up’ to the hourly rate.  (Be aware of the implications if you are offered this method.)

Do I have to sign a contract with you?

Only if you temp with us.  You will be required to sign a Contract for Services at your candidate interview which is a legal requirement for all agencies and temporary workers.

What happens if I don't like the assignment I am undertaking as a temporary worker?

We ask that you notify us immediately.  Our answer machine details a mobile number which you can contact, enabling us to provide 24 hour cover. All we ask is that you communicate with us as soon as you know.
